Alastor blinked, ears twitching in confusion. No more ear rubs? THey felt so good though!
"I suppose I'm just tired," Alastor said awkwardly, blush darkening at how he'd acted. How humiliating! "My apologies."
He felt a bit warm. He probably had a small fever due to that larger, partially-infected cut. It'd be gone within a few days. Nothing too severe.
